In that case, our application "Calendar CZ" is here for you.

You can scroll through the calendar by swiping left or right. The description and dates of public holidays and school holidays can be found under the calendar or displayed in the detailed preview of the individual day.

You can enter a new event conveniently and quickly, just fill in the most basic information about your date.

Whether it's a wedding anniversary, a celebration or an important meeting - Kalendář CZ will alert you to them in a clear way.

The CZ calendar will remind you of the holiday of your loved ones. Call them directly from the app and make them happy!

The reminder function can be set in detail in the Settings menu.

You can place a small or large widget on your desktop displaying the current date and today's names.

The widget will also remind you of a scheduled event in the calendar and alert you to your friends' holiday.

The calendar also reminds of the change of summer and winter time and the beginning of the seasons, it also shows the times of sunrise and sunset and the phases of the moon.

Tips for entering events:

1. You can enter the date of your event in several ways, choose the one that suits you best:

- by clicking the plus sign on the top bar

- in the detailed view of an individual day, click the Add button

- or hold your finger longer on a specific day in the calendar

2. There is no need to enter the end time of the event if it is not known - it can simply remain the same as the start time.

In that case, only the start time will be displayed for the event - for example "8:00 Doctor".

3. If the date of your event has changed, just postpone its start. Both the end time and the notification time will be moved automatically.

4. Selection of the main calendar:

If you also have Kalendář SK or Kalendarz PL in version at least 3.1.0 installed on your device at the same time,

you can choose which of the calendars will send you event notifications.

5. Necessary settings:

For the application to work properly, it is necessary to grant the application all the necessary permissions and its background activity must not be restricted.

If these necessary settings are not made, some functions of the application may not work properly; it's mainly about updating the widget and sending notifications.

The Czech calendar with names, public holidays and holidays is free.

All this data for future years will be updated free of charge when you install the following versions of the application.

The validity of data on public holidays and school holidays in the current version of the calendar is until the end of 2025.

The app displays advertising, the Pro version does not display advertising.
